The sea salt is obtained through natural evaporation, and the herbs grow naturally without fertilizer or additional irrigation. All ingredients are harvested by hand and sun-dried. The blend is predominantly herb-based – for more aroma and less sodium.
Hand-harvested and mixed
Oregano and thyme are picked in the early morning hours when their essential oils are most concentrated. After drying, they are carefully blended with sea salt. The result is a balanced mixture in which no single ingredient dominates. The herbs carry the aroma, the salt adds accents – not the other way around. Many commercial herb salts consist of about 80% salt, which is intentionally herb-dominant.
